1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Claude Tuner Chrome extension ("the Extension") or accessing the Claude Tuner web dashboard ("the Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Claude Tuner provides usage monitoring and analytics for Claude.ai. The service consists of:

• Chrome Extension: Monitors your Claude.ai usage rates (5-hour and 7-day windows) and displays them in a popup interface
• Web Dashboard: Provides historical usage charts, token estimation, plan fitness analysis, and team management features

Claude Tuner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC, the maker of Claude.ai.

3. Account & Authentication

To use the Dashboard, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the Google account you use corresponds to your Claude.ai account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension or Dashboard
• Use the service to violate Claude.ai's terms of service or any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Share your API keys or authentication credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Dashboard
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Our data collection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using Claude Tuner, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Claude Tuner are the property of Claude Tuner and its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

"Claude" and "Claude.ai" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Claude Tuner is an independent third-party tool.

7. Third-Party Services

Claude Tuner integrates with and depends on third-party services including:

• Claude.ai (Anthropic): The service monitors usage data from Claude.ai. Changes to Claude.ai's API or terms may affect Claude Tuner's functionality.
• Google Sign-In: Used for authentication. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Cloudflare: Used for hosting and data storage. Subject to Cloudflare's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Claude Tuner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of usage data or token estimations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with future versions of Claude.ai or Chrome

Usage data and plan recommendations are estimates based on publicly available rate information and may not perfectly reflect actual token consumption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Tuner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Decisions made based on usage analytics or plan recommendations
• Costs incurred from plan changes based on recommendations
• Issues arising from Claude.ai API changes or rate limit modifications

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Claude Tuner at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the Extension and ceasing to use the Dashboard. You may delete your account and all associated data through the Dashboard settings page, or by contacting us. Account deletion is processed immediately and is irreversible.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
